Liverpool's Forward, Mohamed Salah Wins 2018 African Player Of The Year Award


Liverpool FC and Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah has won the 2018 African Player Of The Year 2018 Award. He has now won the award twice in a row having won it in 2017.


The Liverpool forward, Salah won the award ahead of Arsenal rival Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Liverpool team-mate Sadio Mane, claiming the prestigious award at Tuesday's ceremony in Dakar.


The Egyptian enjoyed a stunning 2018, helping Liverpool reach the Champions League final in Kiev and this year, on their way to cliching the EPL title. Though its too early to make conclusions.


Last season, he finished with 44 goals across all competitions and won the Premier League Golden Boot Award.
