Responsibilities
  • Provide Leadership and direction for operations personnel.
  • Manage database of vehicle and chauffeurs nationwide for management’s reporting and decisions.
  • Monitor and control vehicles’ utilization.
  • Ensuring timely bill submission and review for Management’s approval.
  • Ensure no downtime of vehicles.
  • Ensure all new sixt vehicles are tracked before deployment.
  • To ensure tracking issues are resolved within 5 days of vehicles’ not reporting’
  • Participate in drivers’ recruitment and driver.management.
  • Handle the delivery of new vehicles to respective clients and fleet.officers.
  • Management of Insurance processes.and claims.
  • Effective vehicle distribution to erase downtime.
  • Follow up with all vehicle documentations.
  • Oversee smooth reservation processes in all locations
  • Ensure adequate fueling for all vehicles and standard reporting
  • Ensure adequate internal/quality control withinthe operations department which includes but not limited to: Proper Documentation of Vehicle Handover from driver to driver.
  • Regular vehicle inspection and.prompt resolution of issues identified in the inspection report.
  • Proper accounting for vehicle accessories and parts, especially when moved from one vehicle to another.
  • Ensure that all contract are managed and that client complains are.resolve.
  • Adherence to all contract operational requirements.
  • To undertake such other duties as required and commensurate with grade and title of the job.
