Activist, Charly Boy, Others Protest At INEC Headquarters Over Underage Voting - Photos


The pictures of underaged pupils that hit the internet a week ago has sparked outrage in Nigeria, especially in other parts of the country apart from the Northern side. This is because the Northern side of the country are the culprits of underaged voting scandal.

AIT televised it, including Channels TV and TVC. So many pictures of underaged children holding PVC and even voting in an election. Many Nigerians has criticized the move and today, controversial maverick entertainment personality, Charles Oputa, better known as Charly Boy, led a protest to the INEC headquarters in Abuja to demand reforms and call for an end to under-age voting in Northern Nigeria.

He also alleged inefficient Permanent Voter Card (PVC) delivery process and urged the federal government to do something about it. Below are pictures from the protest.
