Prof. Itse Saga To GEJ - "If You Had Another 3 Years, We All Will Be Crossing Sahara To Libya" - Video

In a recent video which has already gone viral on YouTube, Prof. Itse Sagay, the chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Anti-Corruption (PACAC), has stated that if former president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan had ruled another 3 years in the office, we all will be crossing Sahara to Libya.

He made the admission in an interview and the footage is all over the internet. Is this the case? Is former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan really a corrupt president? Most people argue that he wasn't a corrupt president while others held that regardless of were he stand on corruption, allowing corruption to ravage the country also made him a corrupt president.
