Crime: Community Chairman Murdered By Unknown Gunmen In Kogi State - Graphic Pics

Kogi State continues to be on the news and limelight for one bad reason or the other. Last week the governor of Kogi was accused of killings, then the upper week it was a civil servant who committed suicide because he couldn't afford to fend for his wife who recently gave birth to a triplet.

Even the high institutions in Kogi State has been reduced to glorified secondary schools as lecturers went on strike for not been paid for almost a year, and the only way their governor (Yahaya Bello) responded is to draft inexperienced Youth Corpers to be lecturing on courses they have little or no experience on.

Is the state shutting down? I think the FG should come to their aid. The other day in NASS, Sen. Dino Melaye knelt down before his colleagues begging them to intervene in the stupidity going on in his state and I believe they called it a joke, thinking its drama as usually.

And now this!!! A community leader has been murdered in cold blood according to information shared on Facebook by Ihima.... She said;

'This is the body of Ozuwaya Community Chairman Mall AbdulMumuni who was murder yesterday by unknown gunmen at Okene! What has our land turned to again? From Kidnapping, Robbery and now to Murder!

Is our land cursed? Can't we our neighbours keeper by reporting useful informations to security agents? I think motorcycle activities (Okada)  should be stop as from 6pm for now in Ebiraland? Suggest other way forward on how to stop and rescue this barbaric act?

May God put an end to this, and make the departed soul rest in peace'
