National Judicial Council Recalls 6 Judges Accused Of Corruption

This is exactly what happens if you fight corruption based on sentiments and perceived corruption instead doing due diligence. And even if one wants to hold, molest and arrest people in the hopes of intimidating and extorting information from them, you can't be doing it with judges. They are judges for God sake, they are not Yahoo boys that you will intimidate and they will start talking nonsense.

I don't know why our forces can not understand this.Well, for their stupidity and arresting people without doing their work well, The National Judicial Council has recalled the six judges suspended following allegations of corruption brought against them by the federal government.

In a statement on Saturday 2rd June, 2017, the council recalled Justice Adeniyi Ademola alongside five other judges.

Other recalled judges are:

John Inyang Okoro of the Supreme Court;

Uwani Aji of the Court of Appeal;

Hydiazira Nganjiwa of the Federal High Court;

Musa H. Kurya of the Federal High Court and

Agbadu James Fishim of National Industrial Court of Nigeria.

Eight judges were suspended last year.

Among them is Mr. Ademola whose case has been concluded. He was among the three judges charged to court. The judge was acquitted of the charge of corruption.
