France Election: 39 Years Old Emmanuel Macron Wins France Presidential Election

Emmanuel Macron is now the French President-elect. He has beaten Marine Le Pen in Sunday's French election and taken more than 65 per cent of the vote, according to exit polls. This is ironical because he is married to his 65 years old high-school teacher.
After the scandal that brought out the dirty secrets of most French politicians, and the subsequent declaration of interest by Emmanuel Macron to become the President of France, the man who fell in love and married his high-school teacher, has won the French Presidential election.

Polling conducted by Ipsos, Ifop and BVA all gave Mr Macron, the pro-business candidate, a strong lead over Front National leader Marine Le Pen. It comes after a massive hacking attack on Mr Macron's campaign database over the weekend which saw hundreds of thousands of private emails and official documents dumped online.

Three projections, issued within minutes of polling stations closing at 8 p.m. (2 p.m. ET), showed Macron beating his opponent, Le Pen by around 65 percent to 35 - a gap wider than the 20 or so percentage points that pre-election surveys had pointed to.
