Breaking News: Supreme Court Abuja Struck Out Jimoh Ibrahim Interlocutory Appeal



The Supreme Court in Abuja has struck out the interlocutory appeals filed by Jimoh Ibrahim, a factional candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Eyitayo Jegede, another factional candidate. A 5-man panel led by acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) Walter Onnoghen struck out the interlocutory appeals after hearing them as insisted by Jimoh Ibrahim’s counsel Barrister Nwofor.

Jimoh Ibrahim has had his interlocutory appeals struck out by the Supreme.
